I've posted Firecracker Shrimp before, but I took it a step further for this meal by making it into kabobs with zucchini and pineapple. All three have the "firecracker" marinade and seem to cook at a similar rate which makes the trio perfect for cooking on a stick! Even after cutting the fresh pineapple, mixing up the marinade, skewering everything, AND grilling, we were still around the table within 30 minutes. We enjoyed the skewers with a tomato-cucumber salad. Such a perfect summer patio dinner.
